A former National Champion and lifesaving representative, Rosie has been instrumental in coaching, fundraising, and club administration. She follows in the footsteps of her late mother, Jenny Birtle, whose lifelong contributions to swimming were also honoured posthumously. Their legacy continues to shape the future of swimming in Penrith and Cumbria.
