Diddy League Triumph

Today, 27 of our swimmers took part in round two of this year's Diddy League competition. Overall, Penrith finished eighth of the ten teams taking part in the galas held today in Carlisle and Penrith.
Having finished 7th in the first gala, our final position from the two rounds was joint 7th with Copeland. This was a fantastic achievement and one place higher than this time last year!
There were some great individual event and relay team performances. The team supported and cheered one another and sang the team chant with passion.
A big well done to all swimmers and teams who took part in the competition.
